But every year, we make time for one late-fall tradition: hunting for the golden larches. You’ll find them near rivers and boggy spots, and when those needles catch the light just right... it rivals even peak fall color. With November also came a QUICK turn of temps - where we went from high 60s to 30s in what seemed like a single night.
